Nextgen Motion (Vietnam) was established in 2023 under 3X Motion Technologies Co., Ltd. In December 2025, NEXTGEN MOTION Vietnam transitioned ownership from 3X Motion Technologies Co., Ltd. to RAYSHINE (USA) Intelligent Transmission LLC, headquartered in the United States. This milestone marked a significant step in the group’s global expansion strategy.
With over 20 years of expertise in motor design, development, and production, 3X Motion Technologies has been a leading global provider of motion control solutions. Nextgen Motion specializes in BLDC motors, hybrid stepper motors, brushed DC motors, servo motors, and DC geared motors, offering customized solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Our Vietnam factory, located in Dong Nai City, covers 1,000 m² and became fully operational in March 2024. The company employs more than 450 staff worldwide, ensuring high-quality production and efficient global supply.
We hold ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 certifications, along with CE and UL product compliance, guaranteeing international standards of quality and reliability.
