NEXTGEN MOTION Vietnam was established in 2023 as a wholly owned overseas subsidiary factory invested by 3X Motion Technologies Co., Ltd. Located in Dong Nai Province, Vietnam, approximately 30 kilometers from Ho Chi Minh City, the factory covers an area of about 1,000 square meters and officially commenced mass production in March 2024.
The company focuses on the manufacturing and supporting services of new energy motors, industrial automation motors, and related motion control products. Its main products include Hybrid Stepper Motors, Brushless DC Motors, Brushed DC Motors, Servo Motors, and DC Geared Motors. These products are widely used in industrial automation, logistics systems, renewable energy equipment, medical technology, robotics, and high-end motion control applications.
In 2025, the group established Rayshine VT (Vietnam) Office and Raysun VT in Vietnam, while also introducing gearbox-related business. This development further improved the company’s product system, gradually forming a complete product portfolio of “Motors + Gearboxes + Transmission Solutions.”
In December 2025, the ownership of NEXTGEN MOTION Vietnam was transferred to RAYSHINE (USA) Intelligent Transmission LLC, officially integrating the company into the RAYSHINE USA global development system.
Looking ahead, NEXTGEN MOTION Vietnam will continue to build on its Vietnam-based manufacturing capabilities, improve product quality, delivery efficiency, and international service capabilities, and strive to become a reliable motor manufacturing and motion control solution platform for global industrial customers.
