NEXTGEN MOTION Vietnam was established in 2023 as a pioneering initiative, with its manufacturing facility located in Dong Nai Province, approximately 30 km from Ho Chi Minh City. Covering an area of 1,000 m², the factory officially commenced mass production in March 2024.
Founded in 2002, 3X Motion Technologies Co., Ltd. has specialized in motor design, development, and production for over 20 years. With extensive expertise, the company has become a leading provider of motion control solutions worldwide.
NEXTGEN MOTION and 3X Motion provide a wide range of high-quality products, including Hybrid Stepper Motors, Brushless DC Motors, Brushed DC Motors, Servo Motors, and DC Geared Motors. Beyond motors, we deliver integrated motion solutions tailored to customer needs, serving industries such as automation, logistics, renewable energy, industrial applications, and medical technology.
With over 450 employees worldwide, the group achieved USD 62 million in revenue in 2023 and holds more than 50 patents. Our products are certified with ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, IATF16949, and CE, with UL certification available upon request.
In December 2025, NEXTGEN MOTION Vietnam transitioned ownership from 3X Motion Technologies Co., Ltd. to RAYSHINE (USA) Intelligent Transmission LLC, headquartered in the United States. This milestone marks a significant step in our global expansion journey.
